Clayful is an edtech company that partners with K-12 schools and districts to provide students aged 8 to 18 with on-demand mental health coaching to address everyday challenges and build resilience in real time. Maria approached us to design standout event collateral. We delivered a unique solution with a tent-style one-pager, interactive checklist, and useful prompts that ensured lasting impact beyond the event.

Changing Perceptions helps people leaving prison by offering support, job training, and mentorship to help them succeed in their new lives. The organization needed a compelling elevator pitch and a revised deck to win over donors. Our collaboration helped them secure $350,000 in new funding.

Wanana Paoa empowers Hawaiian youth through cultural education, leadership development, and community service programs. They needed a creative approach to stand out when competing against other organizations at a fundraising event. We crafted an engaging design for their table with an accompanying pitch to ensure potential donors clearly understood their vision.

They needed help designing a deck for conducting demos with potential customers, specifically school districts. We helped them design revisions, new messaging and talking points to ensure that it all resonated with educational leaders.

Marketing Strategy and Elevator Pitch
NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking: A nonprofit alliance that combats human trafficking through education, advocacy, and collaboration with various stakeholders. They needed a way to clearly communicate their work to community partners and donors. We helped them find a compelling, nuanced story and approach to marketing.
Storytelling and Collateral Design
Adoption Option provides support services to birth parents, adoptive families, and adopted individuals. They needed guidance in creating messaging to be used in a capital campaign that would help them secure a new building. We developed a specific theme, Help give hope a permanent home that informed marketing language and materials.
Customer Outreach
Oakland Literacy Council provides free one-on-one tutoring and literacy services to adults in Oakland County, Michigan. They wanted to expand they outreach to adults interested in earning their GED, the high school equivalency degree. We crafted an outreach plan that leveraged community connections, referrals, and testimonials to drive student awareness.
